Terms & Conditions

Use of St. Lucie County Released Inmates means that you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept every provision, stop using the site.

This privately owned site is not affiliated with a government body, sheriff, jail, or corrections department. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers an FCRA-covered service for credit, employment, insurance, or tenant screening. We provide directions to St. Lucie County and Florida inmate-record resources, but we are not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.

Nature of This Website

St. Lucie County Released Inmates is an independent reference site with no official role. It does not hold government records, confirm custody, release a person, submit a public-record request, or file a court document for a visitor.

The site points toward county jail and release resources and may connect users to outside research tools. Any official decision or confirmation must come from the agency responsible for the record.

We do not control the destination's content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, or availability, and you should review its policies before use.

Service Without Warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty concerning:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or currentness

To the maximum extent Florida law permits, the site, its owners, and its contributors will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access to, inability to use, or reliance on the site or an outside link.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and its contributors from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the site or your breach of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

We may change these terms at any time. Revised provisions become effective when posted here, and continued use after posting means you accept them.

Suspension of Access

We may restrict, suspend, or end access to all or part of the site at any time, for any lawful reason, and without prior notice.

Florida Law Applies

Florida law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Florida.
